Founded by Caroline O’ Shea, a professional Mediator. I am proud to offer my mediation services to clients throughout the G.T.A.

I came to Canada in 2007 and worked as a senior family law clerk since that time. Prior to coming to Canada I worked in accountancy for 20 years initially with an accountancy firm and then self employed dealing with several different businesses.

When I realized how much the legal process was costing clients taking the adversarial route of Court, I began to look into mediation and after taking the courses I realized that if the parties were willing to negotiate, a fair settlement could be reached at a fraction of the cost.

As well as the knowledge I have from my former careers in both accountancy and as a senior law clerk, I have attended the following courses in Mediation;

• ADR Workshop with Stitt Feld Handy;
• Advanced ADR Workshop with Stitt Feld Handy;
• Comprehensive Mediation Skills Certificate Training with FMRC Oshawa;
• Screening for Family Violence, Abuse, and Power Imbalances with Riverdale Mediation; and
• Family Mediation Skills (40 Hours) with Riverdale Mediation.

I charge a flat fee, therefore you will not be charged for additional time or expenses that I incur and can move forward with the knowledge of the cost of these proceedings.
